Born and raised in St Maarten, Dino Jagtiani knew from a very young age that he was destined for a life in cooking. In his early days, before the Food Network, he enjoyed watching legendary cooking shows like Julia Child, Great Chefs, and Pasquale’s Kitchen on PBS T.V. He also loved going to the supermarket with his mother Asha to explore and admire the colors and textures of the produce section. Dino’s love, and passion for food eventually led him to the Culinary Institute of America, where in 1994 he became the first St Maarten born son to ever graduate from the world renowned culinary school.

  • “Fantastic"; Bread: Outstanding. Steak: Comparable to the best New York steakhouse... filet mignon to die for. Go.

  • “Delicious every time!”; Best restaurant on St. Maarten! Chef Dino consistently delivers phenomenal food. His Onion soup au gratin is always delicious. The bartender, Paul, makes the best drink I have ever had, called a Vanilla Drop Martini - ask for one, you will not be disappointed, but beware, they go down so smoothly, you may not realize it until you stand up. Also, make sure you save room for dessert, because the wet chocolate cobbler is to die for!

  • “Amazing”; If you are looking for fine cuisine step right in. Chef Dino is gifted. The bread, the appetizers oh so delicious. Be ware that portions are small but that doesn't mean you'll leave there unsatisfied. Prices are high but it's worth every penny. I promise you that the Paella will leave you yearning for more.
